3. Flush and clean

Advantages and disadvantages of manual and machine cleaning:

According to the calculation of 80 yuan/day per person, the labor cost of 1MW component cleaning is 5,280 yuan. 2. Strengths

1) low water consumption, the water consumption of 1MW for each cleaning is about 1 ton.

2) low cost.

3. Disadvantages

1) labor intensive and difficult to manage;

2) the difference in staff level leads to the difficulty in controlling the cleaning process and the poor consistency of the cleaning effect;

3) low cleaning efficiency.

4) wear on component glass, affecting light transmittance and service life.


The second: water gun cleaning

1. Labor and equipment costs

Considering that one person cleans 300m2 every day, it takes 22 people and days to clean 1MW pv modules. According to the calculation of 80 yuan/day per person, the one-time cleaning cost of 1MW is 1,760 yuan. It is estimated that the annual labor cost of 1MW is 63,000 yuan according to the cleaning three times a month.

If the use of mobile water truck, it needs to increase the cost of a driver, water truck. The driver's fee can also be considered at about 63,000 yuan; The average cost of the comprehensive equipment is about 130,000 yuan for 1MW.

The installation of water mains will require substantial up-front investment.

2. Strengths

Good cleaning effect, relatively clean.

3.  Disadvantages

1) large water consumption. The water consumption for each cleaning of 1MW is about 10 tons, which is not suitable for water shortage areas;

2) some of the water gun pressure is large, will cause component crack;

3) mountain power stations that are not suitable for vehicle operation cannot be applied.


The third type: spray system

1. Labor and equipment costs

The cost of spraying equipment should be increased by 35~50 yuan per square meter, which is equivalent to the initial investment of 0.2~0.3 yuan /W.

2. Strengths

No manual work, fast cleaning speed; Especially suitable for the roof photovoltaic and other manual cleaning inconvenience of the power station.

3. Disadvantages

1) the cleaning effect is not good;

2) the water consumption is large. The water consumption of 1MW for each cleaning is about 6~7 tons.


Fourth: professional cleaning equipment

The equipment price of each big difference.

2. Strengths

1) the water consumption is small, about 5 tons for each cleaning of 1MW.

2) fast cleaning speed and good cleaning effect.

3. Disadvantages

1) it is suitable for places with large spacing between the front and back of the components, relatively flat terrain and good geology;

2) with the non-linear movement of the vehicle, the pressure received by the components is uneven;

3) professional technicians are needed to operate.


Other cleaning methods:
