HEBP 7-8kW
Single/Split Phase Low Voltage Hybrid Inverter
HUS | 2+2 MPPTs | UL 1741
Multi-Stage Surge Output for Different Startup Durations
A timed overload curve shows how much extra output is available for seconds or minutes, making startup and short-overload sizing more precise than a single peak number. The 7kW model is listed at 12.25kW for 10 minutes and 14kW for 10 seconds, while the 8kW version reaches 14kW for 10 minutes and 16kW for 10 seconds; even higher transient power is available for about 0.5 seconds.

Higher Daytime Load Output When PV Is Available
PV-assisted discharge allows solar generation to support the load directly, increasing daytime load capacity without redefining the battery-only continuous rating. HEBP4880U190-HUS can deliver up to 12kW at 240V or 10.4kW at 208V with PV available, compared with 8kW without PV; the 7kW model is listed at 10.5kW/9.1kW with PV versus 7kW without PV.
NEMA 4X Enclosure for Outdoor North American Installations
NEMA 4X enclosure protection lets the HEBP 7–8kW HUS operate in outdoor-oriented North American installations where dust, rain and harsher environmental exposure must be considered. This enclosure rating is distinct from the IP65 classification used on several HESP models and should be evaluated together with the installation clearances and environmental limits in the manual.

Up to 190A Battery Current on the 8kW HEBP
The 8kW HEBP raises battery current to 190A, matching its higher load capability with stronger charging and discharge performance on the 48V battery side. HEBP4870U170-HUS is rated for up to 170A and HEBP4880U190-HUS for up to 190A maximum charge/discharge current.
Start Solar Charging from 60V with a 600V PV Ceiling
A 60V PV start-up threshold allows solar charging to begin from a lower array voltage, while the high maximum PV voltage still leaves room for longer strings. The PV side starts from 60Vdc and tracks from 80–500Vdc, while maximum open-circuit voltage reaches 600V on each PV input.
Scale the HEBP System to Nine Inverters
Parallel operation lets the HEBP 7–8kW system grow beyond a single inverter as household or site demand increases. The series supports 1–9 units in parallel, giving installers a defined capacity-expansion path while keeping the same split-phase inverter family.
