Expand 120V Single-Phase into Split- or Three-Phase Systems
Multi-unit operation provides a defined path from the original single- or split-phase installation to a larger three-phase system as project requirements grow. A single HYP4850U100-H supplies 120Vac single-phase power, but the series is designed for parallel connection that can be configured as single-, split- or three-phase systems.


Build a 30kW System from Six HYP Units
Six HYP 5kW units can raise system capacity to 30kW, allowing staged expansion from a single-inverter starting point. SRNE lists parallel capacity from 1 to 6 units, taking a 5kW building block to as much as 30kW of system-rated power when correctly configured for staged expansion.
Supply Loads Without a Battery Bank
Batteryless operation allows available PV and accepted AC input to supply loads before storage is installed or when a battery bank is intentionally omitted. The HYP series supports an off-grid output mode without an energy-storage battery, allowing PV and an accepted AC source to supply loads where batteryless operation is part of the system design.


63A Bypass for Higher AC Passthrough Loads
The 63A bypass path lets grid or generator power carry heavier AC loads directly when an accepted source is available, preserving battery energy for later use. When grid or generator input is available, up to 63A can pass through the bypass path to AC loads while the inverter's 5kW battery-derived output remains a separate rating.
100A Solar and Hybrid Charging
100A solar and hybrid charging suits a PV-led off-grid system where solar does most of the battery replenishment and grid or generator input remains secondary. The battery section publishes 100A maximum solar charging and 100A maximum hybrid charging, with 40A available from grid or generator.
Protection Designed for Parallel Inverter Operation
Parallel-specific protection monitors synchronization, current sharing and voltage differences that do not exist in a single-inverter system. Beyond standard voltage, short-circuit and temperature protection, the datasheet lists protection for parallel connection errors, battery-voltage differences, AC-voltage differences, current-sharing faults and synchronization-signal faults.
