Project Background of Backup Power Supply for House and Office
A residential office in the Middle East needs to meet both living and office electricity demands. As the Middle East has abundant solar resources, and air conditioning systems operate for long periods in hot weather, daytime electricity demand is relatively high. At the same time, office equipment requires continuous power supply. Once grid fluctuations or short-term power outages occur, network interruptions, office equipment restarts, and other issues may be caused, thereby reducing office efficiency and residential comfort.
To reduce electricity costs caused by high power demand and ensure the continuous operation of critical loads, the user installed a 24kW / 48kWh solar energy storage system provided by SRNE.

Peak Shaving Energy Storage Solution for Residential Office
SRNE configured a 24kW / 48kWh energy storage system for this residential office, helping the user cope with the high electricity demand caused by air conditioning and office loads in a high-temperature environment, reduce grid power consumption during peak periods, and ensure the continuous operation of critical loads when the grid is unstable or short-term power outages occur.
During daytime office hours, the air conditioning system needs to operate for a long time. At the same time, computers, network devices, lighting, and other equipment also need continuous power supply, so the overall electricity demand of the residential office increases significantly. The system can automatically dispatch battery power according to load changes, providing supplementary power for office equipment, network communication, and some residential loads during high-load periods.
When grid voltage fluctuations or short-term power outages occur, the HESP hybrid inverters work with the battery system to quickly switch to backup power supply mode, providing stable power support for the residential office. The system can give priority to ensuring the operation of network communication, office computers, lighting, security monitoring, and necessary air conditioning loads.
